   Um, you seem to be new to this group and perhaps to USENET   
   generally. Advertisements are not encouraged here. The   
   exception covers a regular poster whose book has just been   
   published. So far as I can tell, in spite of the word "engine"   
   that makes me think of steam locomotives, you're trying to sell
