   I went to www.4thkingdom.com and discovered that "certificate" refers to an   
   SSL certificate, and that an SSL certificate is something that changes the   
   http:// at the beginning of a site to https://, thereby making it more secure.   
   Three out of three    
   people on 4thkingdom, however, claimed they could see my wiki page without any   
   trouble.   
      
   I took this issue to the reference desk at Wikipedia, and this is what they   
   had to say:
