   	The Arena's, or whoever or whatever BUILT The Arena. No one knows for   
   sure; the inhabitants of the Arena call the putative creators "The   
   Voidbuilders" but no one knows if the Voidbuilders still exist, if they   
   were some kind of beings beyond mortal ken or just ordinary beings that   
   got to super-tech way ahead of everyone else, or what.
