   Note: This is in response to the whole "Doctor Who is too woke"   
   attitude, not to this comment in particular.   
      
   I would point out that The Doctor has always been "woke".  If you want   
   not-woke, or even anti-woke, that's in the show too, represented by   
   Davros, and his misbegotten children.   
      
   As for the Timeless Child:  It was invented for the same reason that   
   regeneration was in the first place, as a technobabble excuse for the   
   show to continue after reaching the (artificially imposed) limit on the   
   number of regenerations, and the actor becoming unable to continue to   
   play the part, respectively.
