   The pre Arab Spring Libyan flag was a solid green banner.   
      
   None of the African Flags consist of Green, Gold/Yellow, and Black?  The   
   ANC colors being Green, Gold/Yellow, Red, and Black, and maybe White.   
   But any with Red and/or White would be disqualified.
