Biologically implausible. Dark on top and light on the bottom is common
tu-tone for sea-dwellers for reasons of camouflage, but what on earth
selective pressure would cause left/right asymmetry in pigmentation?

Plus the white is very clearly a thick coat of low-quality makeup rather
than real skin pigmentation, even on the cheesy unremastered faded old
1960s-era film viewed in NTSC on a crummy old TV with a wobbly picture
   from a too-many-times-viewed three-decades-old VHS tape that's gotten
   creased and wrinkled.
