   It's theft in the moral sense, which is the perspective I'm using, even   
   if the Supremes have made it okay in a legal sense. And this is hardly   
   the only domain in which the Supremes have okayed something that I find   
   highly immoral.

   We're talking past each other here. I understand the legal realities,   
   but I'm talking about the way things *should* be in my version of a   
   moral world, not the way they necessarily are at present.
