   You're using the word "legal" to define your moral code.  The rules   
   for "legal" can change, and have been  changed dramatically in my   
   lifetime -- I'm only asking that they be changed back to what they   
   were.   
      
   "Moral" is much more difficult to justify, and you're not doing so   
   well with that explanation here.  IP ownership is forever in your   
   moral code because, uh, it just is.  And anything else if wrong and   
   immoral because, uh, it just is.   
      
   If you haven't convinced us of your premises, then using those   
   premises doesn't work to convince us of them.
