   Well, see, the people that 'created' Paris not only get to screw the   
   Locarno folk out of their residuals, they now get money every week for   
   'creating' Paris themselves.  So they aren't just saving the production   
   money, which probably wasn't their prime concern anyway, they're   
   pocketing the money for somebody else's work.
