   There are rational greens.  The death of nuclear power in the USA in   
   the seventies is one of the great tragedies that led to a doubling of   
   coal power and its attendant greenhouse gasses.   
      
   The fundamentalist greenies also seem to be surprisingly hostile to   
   offshore wind power, too.
