   More importantly, Roddenberry sold the fruits of his intellectual   
   labor.  He had every right to do so, as Desilu had every right to buy   
   it.  Matt's suggestion that "CBS shouldn't [own] Trek" clearly implies   
   that he (Matt) has a problem with the freedom we have to sell the   
   fruits of our labors to someone who wants to own them.
