        That ownership of the "Star Trek" franchise should be returned to the   
   Roddenberry estate? The Roddenberry estate could sue for ownership in the   
   same way that the heirs of Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster sued for ownership   
   of "Superman". And the heirs of the creators of "Superman" won, too. Big   
   corporations have no business owning these franchises. They don't do   
   anything for these franchises except ruin them. These franchises need to be   
   produced outside of Hollywood and the big corporations.
