   I remember these parts in the beginning of the novel, but did he say   
   that word "whore" /out loud/ to her? I thought he was only /thinking/ it.   
   Been a while since I read it though. And it was a translation, but I   
   doubt they would make /that/ kind of mistake.   
   Although they made some HUGE mistakes in the translation of the TWOK   
   novel. Like 'lasers' in stead of 'phasers', and they called Spock a   
   chief Engineer in the beginning of the novel. Highly annoying!
