   Unless it was said otherwise then it occurs in the same dimension as The   
   Impossible Astronaut and the SJAs which follow it.

   There is no way to explain the total and absolute bullshit that happened   
   in Kill the Moon because it defies all the most basic and fundamental   
   laws of physics. Therefore it cannot be canon, nor anything that comes
