   I did try it.  It did not work.  ;)  I think you have to have a device with   
   the app, like a smart TV, or maybe be running Windows or an Apple OS for it   
   to allow you to pause the episodes.   
      
   I don't have a smart TV and don't want to watch it on a phone screen.
