   They've not even been introduced properly to begin with. They're their   
   as irrelevant, mind numbing, soap opera padding to fill 5 epsiodes   
   because Davies and McTighe don't have the remotest clue how to write   
   science fiction or how to the create and develop intelligent characters   
   and plot based characterisation.
