   If you're referencing the picture quality of that latest   
   "Doctor Who Blu-Ray Collection" releases, then yes, sometimes   
   it is! The AI processing on S13 was horrible, and the trailer   
   for S21 tells me that set won't be much better.   
      
   I'm now glad I kept my Doctor Who DVD's... not sure I'll be   
   buying any more of the Blu-Ray collections. They've ruined them   
   with all the over processing... DNR and AI improvements (etc.)   
   Everything is too smooth, lacks detail and often doesn't look   
   natural.   
      
   Like everything... it was good while it lasted. They got greedy   
   and fucked it up!
