   Except that Finns were *not* paid in rubles. Why are you repeating false   
   claims that have been corrected several times? Do you think your false   
   claims become the truth if you repeat them often enough?   
      
   However I think Eugene is overstating by using the word 'economic   
   colonialism' in this context.
