   The first thing coming to my mind of the newsgroup name   
   *rec.arts.sf.misc* was ...Soviet Finland... but googling proved the   
   description of the group to be Science fiction lovers' newsgroup.   
   Well, Finno-Soviet bilateral trade could be seen as science fiction.   
      
   Any way, I have enjoyed this thread. More substance and less   
   mud-slinging than usually in newsgroup discussions.
