   After reading the EBay page, I did a Google search.  Apparently this guy   
   has been trying to sell his manuscript for some time, without success.   
   When it didn't sell for ten million dollars, he upped the price to 25   
   million dollars, apparently thinking that the higher price would make it   
   more desirable.  In one case, he told someone posing as a member of the   
   press that he would be willing to give an interview, but the reporter   
   would have to pay him one million dollars before the interview would take   
   place.
