Apparently this guy       has been trying to sell his manuscript for some time, without success.       When it didn't sell for ten million dollars, he upped the price to 25       million dollars, apparently thinking that the higher price would make it       more desirable. In one case, he told someone posing as a member of the       press that he would be willing to give an interview, but the reporter       would have to pay him one million dollars before the interview would take       place.              --       John F.
