   I won't speak for anyone else, but I absolutely am not   
   saying or implying any such thing.  I would have exactly the   
   same reaction if in a similar context you made a post   
   including quoted words that are generally offensive in U.S.   
   English but not in British English.  I am objecting to the   
   idea that words can legitimately be considered seriously   
   offensive in and of themselves, without reference to how and   
   by whom they are being used.
