I have heard of it -- here on r.a.sf.w.

Never, as far as I know, seen or read it.

Of course, I'm not tremendously into short fiction. I read quite a few
anthologies when I was younger, but for the most part I read novels.
Short fiction... well, it's SHORT. It's like eating doughnuts; one
doesn't satisfy, you need a bunch of them, and overall I'd rather have a
steak anyway rather than a bunch of lightweight puffy things.
