   I think the concept of 'fair game' specifically includes groups who are   
   *not* at risk. Lawyers tend to be well-educated, well-paid people who   
   have a high status, and they can quite literally defend themselves.   
   Unlike minorities who are likely to suffer real discrimination, there is   
   a sense that lawyers can cope with being made fun of.
