   I soon realised in my late teens/early 20s that scoring high on IQ tests   
   did not bear any relation to whether someone was a nice person nor even   
   whether they were successful in their career or life in general. Also   
   other factors, such as a person's motivation, family background and   
   teachers' expectations can have far more impact than just having a high
