   Okay.  How did John Henry get from the mainframe in the cellar to being   
   an autonomous entity again?  Did he re-program Cameron's chip?   
      
   How is it that JH had code in common with the Skynet AI, if he was based   
   on the Turk?   
      
   What was piloting the HK which attacked the Wheeler's office? Was it   
   Skynet, or the moray-eel which we saw enter her leg?  If the latter, why   
   do it?   
      
   Also, wasn't it early canon that the time-travel mechanism only worked on   
   organics - hence the skin on terminators?   
   That being the case, how was Wheeler able to use it?
