   Maybe not, but the point here (that was snipped) was to use autonomous   
   shared cars that anyone can use, rather than having your own personal   
   car.   
      
   Besides, the problem with electric cars in general is that when you do   
   need more "fuel", you have to wait long periods of time.   
      
   If a normal car is running out of fuel, you simply stop for five   
   minutes at a ptrol station to refuel. If a silly electric car is   
   running out of fuel, you have to plug it in over-night, or at best a   
   "fast recharge" which still takes a lot longer than five minutes. Many   
   people these days can't even be bothered waiting the few extra seconds   
   for their computer to boot (they use "sleep" mode instead), so waiting   
   hours for their car to recharge simply isn't going to work.
