   Perhaps even better would be to allow the fitting of a generator module   
   that could be used in those situation where battery limitations are   
   significant.  There's no reason I shouldn't be able to buy (or rent for   
   the weekend) a box that goes in my trunk and extends my range from 40   
   miles to 240 miles.
