   The teleconference has other disadvantages.  Like the time that a   
   prospective customer was questioning the durability of our fiberglass   
   propeller blades, in response to which a certain engineer took the   
   sample and used it as a bludgeon to destroy a steel waste basket.  Just   
   doesn't have the same effect with a teleconference.
