   Airlines?!? How old quaintly fashioned. ;-)   
      
   One billionaire's idea I read about recently is to build what is   
   basically a massive rail tunnel (except eclosed above ground and using   
   using mag-lev technology) across America through which pods can be shot   
   at very high speed, faster than a train and cheaper than a plane. :-)
