   On the contrary, entrenched wealth sustained by the existing   
   energy infrastructure is an enormous obstacle.  So is   
   entrenched fear of nuclear power, which is far more   
   widespread than environmentalism.  I very much doubt that   
   there is any principled way to compare the magnitudes of   
   these obstacles.
