   Yeah, but that's so easy to solve when you have oodles of energy in the   
   first place!  :-)  Or perhaps the better solution is to change our   
   thinking that we need the energy to always come to us.  Cities of the   
   past tended to pop up on the banks of rivers for a good reason.
