   Indirectly.  It’s owned by the Swedish holding company   
   National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB, which in turn is owned   
   by National Modern Energy Holdings (78%), registered in the   
   British Virgin Islands and based in Hong Kong, and the city   
   of Qīngdăo (22%).
