   Since they've changed to polyunsaturated seed oils, quite, since those   
   oils go rancid fast. That was the point of using saturated fat in the   
   old daze, and then the move to transfats was to get away from   
   saturated fats while still having a high smoke point and resistance to   
   going rancid.
