   Thanks. I have only ever used one moderated newsgroup, and it was a   
   long time ago. I don't even remember which one. I think it was   
   something techincal when I had a brief need for some work questions or   
   something.   
      
   I seem to recall that it worked differently than some other moderated   
   groups, in that you could get whitelisted, but I might misremember as   
   well.
