[continued from previous message]              available seat before he gets on. But since there is an unspoken rule       that commuters should always choose one of a pair of vacant seats before       opting to sit beside someone else, the bum can usually secure his seat       beside you.              As a result, you soon begin to dread taking the bus to and from work       every day. And when a co-worker from a neighboring town asks you if       you'd like to join their carpool, you jump at the opportunity.              Has the bum effectively driven you off of the bus?                     >> I can only assume that they were the "regulars" PJR was       >> always referring to, but who were long gone when I started posting       >> regularly in 2015.       >       > Since Piggy Ross was referring to them, he obviously had not been       > "driven away" even by 2014 (when you actually began posting), either.              Please stop with the childish name-calling, George. Peter Ross no       longer comes to this group, and it is beyond petty (even for you) to       continue calling him names in his absence.              In 2014, Peter Ross only dropped by the group sporadically. When he did       so (and only when he did so), other posters would suddenly materialize       to take part in the conversations he'd initiate (Horatio, Gwyneth, Cujo,       Aratzio, etc.).              The impression I received was that the group had dwindled down to three       regularly posting members: Will, Corey, and you; and that PJR was a       former member who would arrive out of nowhere with an entourage -- and       depart just as suddenly with them in tow.              PJR also repeatedly expressed at that time that he had no desire to       converse with you, Will or Corey -- as he considered you al to be       illiterate, stupid, drug addled, and plagiarists.              It was as if *two* very separate AAPC groups were sharing the same       space. Your group (which Peter dubbed "Team Dunce") was constantly here.        Peter's group came sporadically (that is, whenever Peter felt like it).              Claiming that you were a cohesive group is wishful thinking on your       part.              > Nor was his online friend Gary Gamble (who was posting under a different       > sock), nor his flunkie Cujo de Sockpuppet, It was a pretty lively list       > in those days. There were lots of people on aapc, both in 2010 and in       > 2014.              AFAIK, Gary Gamble never posted here since I've been around.              And the reason why PJR (and his entourage) only posted sporadically was       because you and your Donkey had driven all of the former group members       away.              I sincerely hope that I've cleared things up for you. Sometimes a fresh       pair of eyes are what is needed to see the situation for what it is.              --              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
