   Eric Flint might be an interesting case.   
   His 1632 series had collaborators up the wazoo. I'm in no way in tune   
   with what's going on there, but I seem to have read something (perhaps   
   in this very ng) that some of those folks are at least trying to get   
   some of their stuff finished and published. Flint's Ring of Fire Press,   
   though, folded immediately on his death.   
      
   Luckily Ryk Spoor wrote pretty much all of _Fenrir_ and he's still with   
   us, so I'm hopeful for a sequel there.
