A Memory Called Empire by Arkady Martine.
5 stars. Absolutely brilliant intrigue fronted by a perfect fish out of
water. AI run city, fascinating social hierarchies and more.

The City in the Middle of the Night by Charlie Jane Anders.
   3 stars. I enjoyed it.

The Light Brigade by Kameron Hurley.
4 stars. Begins as a standard “shape the new recruit” exposition of
dystopic social background, technology and attitudes but improves with a
twist. Involves Corporate wars and time shifting.
