   That's an interesting take.   
      
   Saturn-orbit stories could have all the benefits of belt-based SF, with   
   the advantage that habitats would be plausibly close together - though   
   sometimes separated by a serious gravitational gradient.   
      
   Solar power would be less efficacious, though.
