     In a short story, people are looking for signs of intelligent life.   
     They've picked up a few signals, but none of it makes sense to   
     the computers. Turns out, the message isn't hidden in the signals   
     themselves but in how long the pauses between them are.   
      
     Please let me know if you know the title of a story like that!
