I know a great deal about the history, famous and infamous of
San Francisco. I live about 5 blocks West of Union Square for the last
52 years and used to walk past the shoreline markers down on Market
at First right into my 70s. I have lived in San Francisco since 1967,
before that in Sacramento and West Sacramento, Broderick and Bryte
on the West side of the Sacramento River in Yolo County. Other points
in Northern California and rural Fallon, Nevada. Before that rural
Northen California. My parents fed the workers at the Shasta Dam
project and my mother met my Step-father working on a sandwich
line for the same project. Dad died when i was 2 1/3 years old and
he and mom are buried at the Presideo.
