   Not sure what you mean.  The only difference besides frequency is that   
   both legs are hot, which is fine and not half-assed.  The NEMA 240V   
   straight-blade connectors are maybe not as nice as CEE connectors and   
   they have no arc protection, but they're a step up from Europlugs.
