   Somehow the subtitle's significance eluded me until now. No wonder the   
   non-novel's non-sequitural narrative was incoherent.   
       It's time for a hearing. (It was read the first time.) Meanwhile the   
   adventures of PR's Nike Quinto Action Division will be put on hold.
