   Like Lynn, I had never heard of this particular project. Although I think   
   I had vaguely heard of some arcology project in Sa'udi Arabia, but not one   
   named "The Line".   
   However, buildings of this nature do exist, even if not on quite such a   
   scale; I do remember reading of single buildings containing whole   
   communities in Finland.
