   This concept for interaction is from an interesting novel.   
   "The Fountains of Paradise" is a science fiction novel by British   
   writer Arthur C. Clarke.

   There will be a 104 year turnaround for messages.   
   Starholme knows of at least 174 cultures that are   
   as advanced as we are.
