    According to what you quote above, "...allow for the removal of   
   non-citizens for reasons like unlawful presence, visa violations, or   
   criminal offenses..."   
    Allow, not require.   
    But due process is REQUIRED under the Constitution. You may   
   disagree as much as you like. But until a SCOTUS ruling overrules the   
   current active ruling, or an amendment removing due process is   
   ratified, it stands.   
    Yes, there are very limited exceptions. As of the time I write   
   this, you've offered NOTHING that would even suggest any of those   
   exceptions have been met.
