   That's pretty much the way Lyft, Uber, and possibly   
   the handful of others work already.  The price you,   
   as a potential customer, are quoted (make that the   
   prices, plural) will vary dramatically from minute   
   to minute based on, among many other criteria, the number   
   of operators who click "yes" on their screens
