   Not a joke. A massive black bear crawled under the floors of a man's home in   
   Altadena and built a nest and pulled apart his plumbing and the state is now   
   prohibiting him from having the bear removed.   
      
   The Department of Fish & Wildlife is literally forcing a man to live with a   
   550-lb creature that could destroy his home or, at worst, kill him with one   
   swipe of its paw.
