   Um, correct me if I'm wrong but did we decide that we were going to   
   run the country after Noriega and take the resources of the country?   
   I don't believe we did but that was what Trump said we were doing in   
   his speech.

   Hopefully that happens, but sadly, we haven't had a great track record
