By not doing what? Simply not voting on a regular basis is not evidence
that someone moved. You know whose voters weren't voting on a regular
   basis? Trump's.

   >Prohibit state agencies distributing federal dollars to NGOs to investigate
   >whether they're engaged in fraud (HB1369)

   That sounds moronic.

   >Prohibits the hand-counting of ballots (HB968)

There is no reason ever to hand count all ballots unless specific
ballots were damaged. That simply introduces more errors.

   >Allow mail-in ballots to be counted one week after election day (HB773)

How many times do I need to point this out? This is mainly for Americans
overseas, the largest numbers who are active duty military and their
families. It takes a long time for their ballots to get transferred back
   to the United States.

In my state, we allow two weeks.

   >Allow for absentee ballots to be received and counted for three days after
   >election day (HB82)

Received how? My state effectively got rid of absentee voting by
allowing anyone to vote by mail. There shouldn't be different rules. We
do allow ballots to be dropped at drop boxes, but certainly not after
   election day.

   >Gerrymanders the state with a 10-1 or 9-2 Democrat Congressional map (HJ4)

What did Trump think would happen? Seriously?

   >Creates a state-level equivalent of the VRA (HB967)

I hav no idea what that stands for.

   >Eliminates the requirement that large last-minute campaign contributions have
   >to be publicly reported at least 24 hours before election day (HB1348)

That encourages bribery. Nevertheless, with Citizens United, the Roberts
court allows all this spending that's unreported throughout the campaign
season as lobbying expenditures that sure look like campaign ads. The
public has no idea who contributedl

   >Removes the State Board of Elections' ability to dispatch law enforcement
   >officers to collect vote tallies from a locality that refuses to publish them
   >(HB1321)

   Um, what?

   >Joins the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact for allocating Virginia's
   >electoral college votes in presidential elections (HB965)

I don't favor this. I'd rather Electors are won in proportion to the
state-wide vote. But America has had winner-take-all/win-by-plurality
   since the early 19th century.

   >Automatic restoration of voting rights for the mentally handicapped and felons
   >after they're released from prison (HB964, HB963, & HB1014)

Why exactly would you oppose this? If someone has completed his
sentence, then all rights of citizenship should be restored.

   This doesn't sound like you.

   >Allows for votes to be cast "electronically through the internet" (HB493)

   Fraud!

I'll agree with the rest without comment.

   >Eliminates the tax-exempt status for all Confederate history groups (HB167)

This aligns with the federal tax code, somewhat. Schools must adcertise
a nondiscriminatory policy. These groups deliberately misrepresent
   history.

   >Renames Columbus Day to "Indigenous Peoples Day" (HB858)

What, 4 of the 8 "civilized tribes" were themselves slaveholders. Let's
publicize the actual truth in American history,

   >Makes it illegal to approach within 8 feet of anyone while within 40 feet of
   >an abortion clinic (SB137)

Not again. Federal courts have struck this down. You have to stay off
the property and cannot block the entrance, otherwise you can shout at
   women on the public sidewalk.

   >Increases the sales tax in Northern Virginia, adds an additional sales tax for
   >home deliveries, raises the car tax for electric vehicles,

How do you oppose this? They don't pay for roads.

   >and imposes new
   >sales taxes for streaming services, concerts, gym memberships, nail salons,
   >barber shops, tanning beds, tatoo parlors, dry cleaners, shoe repairs,
   >carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and housekeeping
   >work for homes, swimming pool maintenance, travel agencies, and shipping
   >services (SB730, HB1179, HB900 & HB978)

   >Creates a new tourism tax on event entrance fees (HB550)

Just like Trump did at national parks

   >Allows localities to outlaw gas-powered leaf blowers (HB881)

You personally despise leaf blowers, although the electric ones are
   every bit as noisy

   >Limits the ability to use self-driving or autonomous vehicles (HB1124)

There should be no autonomous vehicles.

   >Makes ICE agents liable for civil lawsuits filed by illegal aliens (HB1314)

   That's discrimination by nationality.

   >Free public school education for illegal aliens (HB912)

Uh, what? Under compulsory education laws, their school-age children
already receive free public education. This goes back to Supreme Court
rulings in the 19th century, I think.

   >Introduces a Somali daycare fraud pilot program (HB259)

   Snarf

   >Allocates $100 million in taxpayer funding for the production of "sustainable
   >aviation fuel" (HB1230)

This is a really really long extension cord.

   >Mandates "unconscious racial bias" trainings for nurses to retain their
   >license (SB22)

Then they should be able to receive this training whilst unconscious.
