   This is absolutely brilliant. If the parent is actively denied   
   responsibility, great! The kid has to obtain his own health insurance.   
   California must repeal compulsory education laws, a huge savings in   
   public education. Also, repeal child labor laws.   
      
   The kid needs to work full time.   
      
   Let the kids vote. There's no way they could vote in a worse state   
   legislature.
